  • Event Operations and Sponsor Sharing. When you register for or purchase a pass to The Builder Marketing Summit, your contact information (including name, email address, and company, if provided) may be shared with our event sponsors and partners. This sharing enables sponsors and partners to contact you regarding their products, services, and offerings. If you do not wish to be contacted by sponsors or partners, you may opt out by contacting us at summit@bluetangerine.com.
  • Event Recording and Photography. The Builder Marketing Summit may be recorded via video and/or photography. By attending the event, you acknowledge that your likeness may be captured in recordings or photographs, and that such content may be used by Blue Tangerine for marketing, promotional, and other business purposes.
  • Marketing and Advertising. When you purchase a summit pass, you will be automatically enrolled to receive marketing and promotional communications from us by email, including updates, news, and offers related to The Builder Marketing Summit and future events. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us or by contacting us at summit@bluetangerine.com.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity.
  • Communicating with You. We use your personal information to provide you with customer support and improve our Services. This is in our legitimate interests in order to be responsive to you, to provide effective services to you, and to maintain our business relationship with you.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.


Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit.
