Joshua Ranum is the founder of Ranum Media and Fractional Paid Media Director at Blue Tangerine, where he specializes in helping production home builders develop paid media strategies that drive qualified buyers—not just more leads.

With more than 12 years of agency experience, Joshua has led paid media strategy for home builders across the country, helping marketing teams align their advertising with how today's buyers actually shop for a new home. His work focuses on campaign architecture, geographic strategy, budget allocation, buyer journey planning, conversion measurement, and connecting marketing performance to business outcomes.

Joshua has previously served as Director of Paid Media at two agencies, managed million-dollar advertising budgets, and developed agency-wide best practices for Google Ads and Meta Ads. He is passionate about simplifying paid media, challenging conventional thinking, and helping builders understand how advertising supports every stage of the home-buying journey.
