Spencer is a Charlotte native known for his work with emerging franchise brands. He has helped scale franchise systems from 15 to over 200 locations, including two that led to private equity acquisitions. With experience across home services, quick service restaurant, and medical industries, Spencer is recognized for simple, practical marketing strategies that put the customer first and are built to scale and replicate. His approach focuses on lowering customer acquisition costs while increasing unaided brand awareness. Spencer recently joined BNI as Director of Marketing, the world’s largest business networking franchise, operating in more than 75 countries with over 400,000 members.
