With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, from property management, brokerage, training, and new construction, Emily collaborates closely with builders, sales teams, and marketing agencies to help sell communities more efficiently. She specializes in digital sales strategy, listing and lead optimization, and enhancing the homebuyer journey.
Emily has personally sold over $130 million in Real Estate across 43 states and has worked closely with organizations such as the National Association of Realtors and the Appraisal Institute on forward-thinking housing policies. After discovering personality-based sales tactics early in her career, she developed a passion for training sales professionals and consulting on strategy. She frequently speaks on new construction lead generation and aligning digital content with today's homebuyer behavior--but is most proud of the long-term relationships she builds with clients, often turning professional connections into lifelong friendships.
Based in Charleston, SC, Emily spends her downtime hunting for shark teeth on Folly Beach, lifting weights, and hosting homecooked meals for her neighbors. She is always accompanied by her 130-pound Bernese Mountain Dog, Mack, a medical alert service dog who has become a familiar face at homebuilding conferences and design centers throughout the Carolina's.
