Marketing Track
This is the main track for the summit, designed for all home builder marketing professionals who want to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape. We'll have individual speakers and panels focused on key marketing topics and practical strategies that drive real results. Whether you’re looking to generate more leads, improve conversions, or build lasting customer relationships, these sessions are packed with expert insights and actionable takeaways tailored to the home building industry.

OSC (Online Sales Counselor) Track
This track is a specialized learning track that will have time in the Marketing track and breakout sessions as noted in the agenda. Presented in partnership with Blue Gypsy Inc. for our third year together, this immersive breakout training track is designed specifically for both seasoned and newer Online Sales Counselors (OSCs), and those responsible for setting up or optimizing OSC programs. Attendees will gain practical insights to elevate their effectiveness, enthusiasm, and mastery of their role.

- Understand best practices for collaborating seamlessly with marketing and sales teams to strengthen OSC programs and enhance overall lead conversion.

- For new OSCs, learn foundational elements to effectively launch and establish a successful and scalable OSC program from the ground up.
- Leverage existing tools and technology to simplify processes and optimize performance.

Leadership Track
This track is a specialized learning track that will have time in the Marketing track and breakout sessions as noted in the agenda. Presented in partnership with New Homes Solutions Consulting's "Lead from the Side Academy," this interactive breakout program is designed specifically for home building owners, operational leaders, sales and marketing executives, and those aspiring to leadership roles. Attendees will explore essential leadership skills, motivational accountability, and strategies for recruiting and retaining top talent.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand and apply the "Lead from the Side" philosophy to create a collaborative and effective team environment.
- Discover effective strategies for setting, measuring, and maximizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
