The $595 registration fee includes attendance on both days of the summit, September 21 & 22, an evening Happy Hour reception with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails on September 21, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on September 22. 

This year’s Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit is being held September 21-22, 2022, in Phoenix, AZ.

We have a mix of home building industry and marketing experts and fellow builders. You will find pictures and bios for each presenter on our Speaker page. 

We will have several different learning formats during the two days of the Summit: speaker sessions and interactive sessions, including a roundtable breakout for smaller group discussions and a panel discussion.  
 
Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to engage in learning and walk away with actionable ideas to take home and share with your team.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting room. 

While there is not a specific dress code, we encourage you to dress comfortably. If you tend to get cold in air conditioning, bring a light sweater. Outdoor temperatures during the day will hover around 100 degrees (but don’t worry, we’ll be cozy indoors) and cools off in the evening to the mid-70’s.  

We will be updating our Covid safety requirements prior to the event and will notify all attendees.  

You can save $100 off the regular price with our Early-Bird Discount, when you register by July 15, 2022. We highly recommend registering as early as possible as space is limited. 

On Wednesday, September 21, we will host an evening Happy Hour, where we will provide drinks and hors d'oeuvres. On Thursday, September 22, we will provide a delicious breakfast, lunch, and a few snacks throughout the day.  If you have dietary needs that we should be aware of, please email us at Summit@bluetangerine.com.

Location and Transportation

The Summit will be held at the FOUND:RE Phoenix hotel in Phoenix, Arizona in the Gallery meeting rooms.   

What is the closest airport? 

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the closest airport to the venue, the FOUND:RE Phoenix hotel.  

The distance from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to the FOUND:RE Phoenix hotel is approximately a 10-12 minute drive, depending on traffic. 

Public transportation to the hotel from the airport is available and easy to use via the Valley Metro Light Rail.   Sky Harbor airport will provide transportation to the light rail via their own SkyTrain. Once at the light rail, you may purchase a $2 pass and ride to the Roosevelt and Central station which is just 50ft away from the FOUND:RE hotel’s front door!

Ridesharing services and cabs are also available and are a convenient way to arrive at the hotel. 

It’s not necessary to rent a car. There are several transportation options available, and many restaurants, bars and boutiques are within walking distance if you’re staying at the FOUND:RE Phoenix hotel or near Roosevelt Street.

Enjoy a luxurious and convenient stay at the same location as our meeting venue. Discounted rate options are available in our room block for a limited time based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be sure to book your reservation as soon as possible! The Summit room block closes August 22, 2022.

Staying at the FOUND:RE Phoenix hotel, where the Summit will be held, will be the most convenient option but is certainly not required. There are many great hotels in the area, and feel free to commute if you live nearby or are staying with family or friends. 

Parking is provided by the FOUND:RE hotel at a discounted rate of $10/night for guests attending the Summit.

Summit attendees who are not staying at the hotel may purchase a $5 Day Parking Pass each day.

If you’re staying at the FOUND:RE Phoenix hotel, you can relax poolside and enjoy food and drinks from the Match Market and Bar overlooking the Downtown Phoenix Arts District while you get comfy on overstuffed lounge chairs. You can also take a dip in the pool or get in a workout at the hotel’s 24/7 fitness center.  

The hotel is located near Roosevelt Street, known as Roosevelt Row, Phoenix’s Downtown Arts District. Within walking distance from the hotel, Roosevelt Row is home to art galleries, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops surrounded by unique, colorful street art.

Want to go exploring?  Roosevelt Row is the place to go for unique, colorful street art, galleries, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. The Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix and The Nash Jazz Club are both close outings, only a 5-minute walk from the venue.  

On a tighter schedule? You won’t need to leave the hotel to see amazing art; the FOUND:RE regularly hosts contemporary art exhibitions and tours with the In-House Curator are free to guests and available throughout the day.  The Match Market & Bar at the hotel provides a relaxing view of the historic Portland Park in the Downtown Phoenix Arts District.
