The registration fee includes attendance on both days of the summit, October 18 & 19, 2023, breakfast and lunch on both days as well as an evening Happy Hour reception with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.

This year’s Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit is being held October 18-19, 2023 at the Thompson Denver

The Summit will cover a variety of hot topics in Home Builder Digital Marketing.   Last year's topics covered digital marketing tips for websites, local SEO tips, how to grow sales by connecting emotionaly with your customers, exclusive research into home buyer attitudes, analytics tools for your website, and a diverse range of rountable learning discussions. 

New this year is an OSC track that will include training for Online Sales Counselors led by Blue Gypsy Inc.

We have a mix of home building industry and marketing experts and fellow builders. We will announce speakers and update our website with all of their information soon, stay tuned!

We will have several different learning formats during the two days of the Summit, with some speaker-led sessions, and interactive sessions, including several roundtable breakouts and smaller group discussions. New this year, we will have a separate OSC track that includes training sessions for Online Sales Counselors led by Blue Gypsy Inc.
 
Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to engage in learning and walk away with actionable ideas to take home and share with your team.  

 

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting room. 

While there is not a specific dress code, we encourage you to dress comfortably. Most attendees come in business casual attire. Daytime temperatures in mid-October in Denver are 65 degrees, while evenings will cool off to 33 degrees.

On both days of the event, we will provide breakfast and lunch. In addition, on Wednesday, October 18, we will host an evening Happy Hour, where we will provide drinks and hors d'oeuvres. If you have dietary needs that we should be aware of, please email us at Summit@bluetangerine.com.

Location and Transportation

The Summit will be held at the Thompson Denver in downtown Denver, Colorado on October 18-19, 2023.

The distance from the Denver International Airport to the Thompson Denver hotel is about 25 miles.

It’s not necessary to rent a car, unless you plan to venture to explore beyond downtown Denver. There are several transportation options available, and many restaurants, bars and boutiques are within walking distance if you’re staying at the Thompson Denver or nearby. 

  • Taxi: All taxis from Denver International Airport to downtown Denver charge a flat fee of $56.03.
  • Rideshare: Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are available and the cost depends on the type of ride requested. On average, fares to/from the Denver International Airport cost around $40.
  • RTD Rail Service: The Regional Transportation District (RTD) rail service connects Denver International Airport to downtown Denver. Take the A Line train from Denver International Airport to Denver Union Station for $10.50.

Staying at the Thompson Denver, where the Summit will be held will be the most convenient option but is certainly not required. There are many great hotels in the area, and feel free to commute if you live nearby or are staying with family or friends. 

Valet parking is available at the hotel entrance for registered hotel guests for $59/day.

If you're staying at the Thompson Denver, there is delicious French cuisine at Chez Maggy’s and fabulous bites with intriguing cocktails at Reynard Social. You can stay active in the 24/7 gym featuring Peloton® bikes and more, or take advantage of the dynamic location to explore downtown’s celebrated museums, breweries, restaurants and entertainment venues.
