Learning Tracks

The Marketing Track is designed for home builder marketing professionals who want to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape. We'll have individual speakers and panels focused on key marketing topics and practical strategies that drive real results. Whether you’re looking to generate more leads, improve conversions, or build lasting customer relationships, these sessions are packed with expert insights and actionable takeaways tailored to the home building industry.

Online Sales Counselor Training Track

Presented in partnership with Blue Gypsy Inc. for our third year together, this immersive breakout training track is designed specifically for both seasoned and newer Online Sales Counselors (OSCs), and those responsible for setting up or optimizing OSC programs. Attendees will gain practical insights to elevate their effectiveness, enthusiasm, and mastery of their role.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand best practices for collaborating seamlessly with marketing and sales teams to strengthen OSC programs and enhance overall lead conversion.
  • Gain actionable strategies to reignite your passion and maintain sustained motivation and enthusiasm in your OSC role.
  • For new OSCs, learn foundational elements to effectively launch and establish a successful and scalable OSC program from the ground up.
  • Leverage existing tools and technology to simplify processes and optimize performance.
  • Explore proven techniques to efficiently manage high lead volumes while maintaining personalized and engaging customer interactions.
  • Learn what to measure and analyze to optimize performance through key metrics specific to OSCs.

Presented in partnership with New Homes Solutions Consulting's "Lead from the Side Academy," this interactive breakout program is designed specifically for home building owners, operational leaders, sales and marketing executives, and those aspiring to leadership roles. Attendees will explore essential leadership skills, motivational accountability, and strategies for recruiting and retaining top talent.

  • Understand and apply the "Lead from the Side" philosophy to create a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Discover effective strategies for setting, measuring, and maximizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The registration fee includes attendance on both days of the summit, breakfast and lunch on both days as well as an evening Happy Hour reception with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.

This 2025 Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit will be held in Atlanta, Georgia on September 24 & 25 at The Commerce Club - 191 Peachtree St 49th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. More details can be found on the Venue page.

The Summit will cover a variety of hot topics in Home Builder Digital Marketing. More details on the agenda will be posted as we finalize our speaker lineup.

We have a mix of home building industry and marketing experts and fellow builders. Speakers for the 2025 Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit will be posted once our schedule is finalized.

We will have several different learning formats during the two days of the Summit, with some speaker-led sessions, interactive panel sessions, turbo tutorial sessions, several roundtable breakouts and smaller group discussions. We will have separate Marketing, OSC and Leadership track breakouts.
 
Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to engage in learning and walk away with actionable ideas to take home and share with your team.  

 

Yes, wifi will be available in the meeting rooms.

While there is no formal dress code, we recommend dressing comfortably. Most attendees typically opt for business casual attire. We’ll do our best to maintain a comfortable temperature in the meeting room, but since preferences vary, dressing in layers is a good idea to ensure your personal comfort.

In mid-September, Atlanta’s daytime temperatures average around 82°F, with evenings cooling to approximately 64°F, so plan accordingly.

Pricing for the 2025 Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit:

  • Early Bird Pricing through 6/30/2025: $895 per person
  • Between 7/1/2024 and 8/31/2025: $1095 per person
  • After 9/1/2025: $1295 per person

On both days of the event, we will provide breakfast and lunch. In addition, we will host an evening Happy Hour, where we will provide drinks and hors d'oeuvres. If you have dietary needs that we should be aware of, please email us at Summit@bluetangerine.com.

While we would love for you to attend, we understand that sometimes situations arise where you may not be able to attend. Your registration if fully transferrable to another individual within your company. Refunds may be given up to 15 days prior to the event, less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the event.

The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 30-40 minutes from The Commerce Club, depending on traffic and time of day.

There are several transportation options available at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport downtown Atlanta, including: 

  • Taxis
  • Private Shuttle services
  • Uber/Lyft

It is not necessary to rent a car unless you would like to explore the area. The hotel is located about 12 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport where taxi, rideshare and other transportation services are available.

With the help of Google Maps, navigating to 191 Peachtree Tower is now a little easier. Through Google Maps, you can now arrive at the area/locator of the building you wish, simply by entering one of the addresses listed below:

  • For Parking Garage on Ellis Street, Enter: “191 Peachtree Tower Garage”
  • For Walk Up from Hotels the West Lobby on Peachtree Street, Enter: “191 Peachtree Tower”
     
  • For Rideshare Drop Off the East Lobby on Peachtree Center Avenue, Enter: “191 Peachtree Tower Motorcourt”

Once in the parking garage, please select “Lobby” in the elevators (located on all levels). Please note, for weekend events or any events after 7pm, do not park on P6 or P7, as access doors will be locked. Don’t forget to bring your parking ticket with you!
 

Once in the lobby, please find the elevator bay numbered 39-50 and select “49” on the tablet. You will exit the elevator on the 49th floor into our club. You may check in with the receptionist to locate your room/guests.
