Leading all marketing efforts for these two distinct brands, Lisa manages a small but highly effective team. Her journey to the homebuilding industry was unconventional, with prior experience at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., where she launched new products, and in local news broadcasting. Seven years ago, she transitioned into homebuilding, where she has since thrived.
With a strong background in digital channels, content development, market research, and brand positioning, Lisa crafts strategic marketing plans rooted in data analysis and consumer insights. She is adept at budget planning and management, ensuring marketing initiatives deliver maximum impact within financial constraints.
Lisa's analytical approach extends to evaluating customer surveys, sales performance, and market trends to shape growth strategies. Her leadership in cross-functional project teams drives improvements in company processes.
A member of her local Professional Women in Building organization, Lisa is passionate about supporting and advancing women in the building industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and their twin daughters.
